Description

At Dahi Bondad Tejarat, we proudly offer high-performance automatic self-cleaning filters procured from SABgermany, renowned for their reliability and uninterrupted filtration of water and low-viscosity fluids in industrial plants and maritime applications. Our filters guarantee high availability and trouble-free operation, allowing for reduced maintenance and longer intervals between services, ultimately minimizing operating costs and preventing unplanned maintenance or production shutdowns. Whether it’s seawater, process water, or cooling water, our automatic filters are tailored to meet each customer’s specific requirements.

Adaptability and Material Options:

While our SAB automatic filters boast standardized features, they are easily adaptable to meet specific application needs. We provide a broad range of materials, including austenitic stainless steel (1.4581 / 316SS / SA-351), super austenitic stainless steel (1.4557 / SA-351), and ductile cast iron (GGG-40). All F451 filters can be designed according to PED, EN13445, or ASME VIII Div.1 standards.

Efficient Cleaning with Bernoulli’s Principle:

Our filters utilize Bernoulli’s principle, wherein an increase in fluid speed corresponds with a decrease in static pressure. The distinctive flushing disc enables efficient and contactless cleaning, fully automated without any manual intervention.

Innovative Multi-Strainer Design:

Advanced filters from SAB integrate multiple strainers into a single housing, allowing remarkably low backflush rates, sometimes less than 1% of the total volume flow. This unparalleled efficiency maximizes clean water flow while minimizing wastewater flow, substantially reducing costs for backflush storage or disposal.

Compact and Modular Design:

SAB filters feature a smart and modular design, resulting in a considerably smaller footprint, saving up to 40% of space compared to conventional filters. This compact design, with smaller and standardized components, significantly reduces required maintenance space and effort. The in-line arrangement of flanges facilitates easy piping integration without any height offset.

Advanced Control and Monitoring:

Electrically operated filters come with the option of local control panels (LCPs), equipped with various communication interfaces like Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet. This ensures secure LCP to PLC communication and convenient remote monitoring of the filter system.

Continuous Filtration during Cleaning:

Our automatic self-cleaning filters guarantee uninterrupted filtration throughout the cleaning cycle. The backflushing valve automatically closes at the end of the cleaning process, ensuring continuous filtration.
