Description
The DUV group consists of 5 series with different capacities and specific amplitudes of UV transmission (τ).
DUV flange directions:
1-1- Low and medium capacity UV equipment:
Standard low- and medium-capacity equipment in the DUV group (1-500 cubic meters per hour) is produced and developed for two UV transmission ranges: A and N series, both series of traditional low-pressure (mercury) lamps (15-75 watts) and use short amalgam lamps (95-500 watts). Thanks to their compact size, the units need a small area to set up and therefore can be used in small rooms.
In order to ensure proper design and optimization of energy costs for UV disinfection, recommendations related to the selection of UV equipment with capacities of more than 200 cubic meters per hour are provided by LIT at the customer’s request.
2-1- Medium and high capacity UV equipment:
Using powerful 300- to 900-watt amalgam lamps, the LIT DUV series offers a range of unique products from medium to large capacity UV systems (up to 3,500 cubic meters per hour).
This equipment is manufactured for four different UV transmission intervals to be able to provide maximum energy efficiency and reliable disinfection with a significant flow rate for specific water quality.
