I. Overview
ZDP self-balancing multi-stage volute is an axially split horizontal multi-stage volute centrifugal pump with a symmetrical arrangement of impellers and self-balancing axial force. It is suitable for oil field water injection, crude oil transportation, boiler feed water, petrochemical, and other media with solid weight concentration less than 0.2mm water or physical properties similar to water.
Parameter range of this series: flow: 30~560M3/H, head: 400~1500M, conveying medium temperature: 0~120℃,
pump speed: 2980R/MIN.
2. main features
1. The structure of the pump is completely designed according to the standard specification of the 8th edition of API610.
2. The inlet and outlet of the pump are in the lower part of the casing, and the pump can be disassembled and repaired without disassembling the inlet and outlet flanges.
3. The pump is supported close to the center. After the large plane of the shell is finely ground, a non-metallic gasket is used to seal it to ensure that it will not leak under high pressure.
4. The pressurized water chamber is a symmetrical double vortex chamber flow channel, which makes the radial force on the rotor self-balance when the pump runs in any working condition, which improves the reliability of the pump operation.
5. The impellers at all levels are fixed in a single stage, the high and low-pressure side impellers are arranged symmetrically, and the axial force of the rotor is self-balanced; the non-driving end of the pump is provided with a thrust bearing to bear the residual axial force and the instantaneous axial force to ensure the reliability of the pump operation.
6. The pump multi-stage seal is a multi-head screw seal that is inclusive of medium particles and has less wear; which means, more reliable sealing.
7. The pump shaft seal is a screw seal and a mechanical seal and is equipped with the API682 standard mechanical seal flushing system and cooling system.
8. Seen from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
