This type of pump has carried out a revolutionary innovation on the structural type of the traditional multi-stage centrifugal pump, canceling the axial force balance mechanism of the multi-stage centrifugal pump. Class media is more secure and reliable. Especially when transporting medium containing gas, particles, high temperature, or when the working conditions fluctuate frequently in a large range, the phenomenon of frequent movement of the balance mechanism of the traditional multi-stage centrifugal pump, mechanism wear failure, steam resistance, etc. is completely avoided.
This type of pump is mainly used for solid medium transportation, hot-rolled steel descaling, oil field water injection, crude oil transportation, boiler water supply, mine drainage, coal mining, etc. It is suitable for conveying solids with a concentration of less than 5%wt and a particle size of less than 0.2mmm, Water, or various media with physical properties similar to water.
2. Structural characteristics
The ZD-type pump has rotor parts that are not symmetrical. The rotor parts have two sections of high and low-pressure areas of the impeller. The axial forces cancel each other and balance each other. The axial force is borne by the thrust-bearing mechanism of the shaft component. This type of pump cancels the axial force balancing mechanism such as the balance disc or the balance drum, which completely avoids the instantaneous change of the working condition of the pump, or the transportation of particulate media, or the high temperature. Steam resistance and other serious accidents such as shaft breakage caused the balance mechanism to fail, so this type of pump can run stably no matter what kind of bad working conditions.
The pump body adopts the central bearing, high and low-pressure partition design, the radial force bearing adopts the sliding bearing of splash lubrication or forced lubrication, and the residual axial force bearing adopts the rolling bearing or the thrust plate.
The inner level of the pump sees the seal and the high and low-pressure area partition seal with a multi-head screw seal, which makes the seal more reliable, especially when conveying solid particle-containing media, with less wear and tear, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the pump.
The shaft seal of the pump adopts a combined type seal according to the characteristics of the conveying medium: for the medium containing solid particles and does not pollute the environment, the combination type of screw seal and polymer gap filler is used, and the online maintenance seal is realized: for high temperature and corrosion Sex medium, the combination type of screw seal and mechanical seal.
