LJ series metering pump is a new type of metering pump. On the basis of inheriting the technical advantages of the J series metering pump, the pump has the characteristics of compact structure, high reliability, and strong adaptability. The pump can meter and transport various media such as corrosive, abrasive, flammable, explosive, and slurry. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, environmental protection, food, and other fields.
There are two types of plunger type and diaphragm type. The maximum discharge pressure of the plunger pump can reach 50Mpa50Mpa, and the diaphragm pump can be equipped with a diaphragm rupture monitoring and alarm device to ensure that there is no leakage of the conveying medium. LJ type pump flow: 8 ~ 4000L/h, discharge pressure: ≤ 50Mpa, conveying medium temperature: -60 ℃ ~ 400 ℃, viscosity: ≤ 6000mm2/s.
The flow is accurate and adjustable. The pump can adjust the flow stepless within 0-100% of the stroke, and the measurement accuracy is not less than ±1% at the rated conditions and the maximum relative stroke.
The motor is installed vertically, with a compact structure and small footprint.
The liquid end can be arranged in a double-ended arrangement, with a significant energy-saving effect and smaller pressure pulsation. The double-head pump can double the pump flow under the condition that the floor area is basically unchanged and the motor power is slightly increased, so as to meet the needs of users’ transformation and reduce the purchase cost of equipment. Double pump heads can transport different media, and a single pump can realize the function of two pumps, so as to meet the requirements of synchronous volume adjustment in chemical batching and pharmaceutical addition.
When the discharge pressure is lower than 1.2Mpa and the delivery temperature is lower than 40°C, the LJ pump can be equipped with a reinforced plastic pump head with a mechanical diaphragm or a hydraulic diaphragm, which not only achieves the effect of corrosion resistance and no leakage of the conveying medium but also realizes the economy of the pump. applicability.
