1- Introduction
This series of oilfield reciprocating pumps are designed and manufactured according to GB9234 and API674 standards. There are 9 base series with complete specifications, flow rate up to 150m3/h, discharge pressure up to 80MPa, and belt power up to 710kW; conventional pumps deliver medium viscosity ≤ 850cp, Temperature ≤ 60°C; specially designed hydraulic end, the conveying medium can reach higher viscosity and higher temperature, if equipped with variable frequency motor and frequency converter, the flow can also be adjusted.
2- Application
This series of oil field reciprocating pumps are mainly used for oil field water injection, polymer injection, cementing, acidizing, fracturing, and can also be used for high-pressure cleaning, high-pressure water descaling in steel mills, hydraulic presses, pressure testing, etc.
