1- Introduction
3D horizontal plunger electric reciprocating pump is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, mechanical transportation of corrosive liquids and high-temperature liquids, and descaling systems of large and medium-sized steel plants, as well as medium and small hydraulic presses and molding presses as power pumps, Oilfield water injection acid injection pump, etc. It can also be used for synthesizing ammonia gas fertilizer to transport cupro ammonia liquid, for hydraulic sand cleaning in foundries, and for removing rust in shipyards. The temperature of the conveying medium is generally not lower than 60 ℃. The temperature of the high-temperature product conveying liquid is in the range of 150 °C.
2- Structure
This series of pumps are divided into 12 bases according to their functional size. It is mainly composed of parts such as the pump body and machine base. The pump and click rotate the moving parts such as the main shaft, crankshaft, connecting rod, and crosshead through the coupling. The motor rotates the main shaft through the coupling, and drives the crankshaft to rotate through the helical gear on the main shaft, or drives the large pulley through the V-belt to drive the crankshaft to rotate, and the crankshaft rotates to drive the connecting rod, the crosshead, and the plunger to reciprocate. The plunger is sealed with packing. With the cooperation of suction and discharge valves, the purpose of suction and discharge of liquid is achieved.
