Description
NANO-SW nanofiltration membrane production line is mainly used in the oil and gas industry. These membranes are high-performance nanofiltration membranes that are able to selectively remove sulfate, thus reducing the risk of scaling and reservoir secretion when injecting seawater into oil-containing tanks for secondary oil production in marine production. The membrane expels 99.8% of sulfate as it passes through other ions, especially monovalent ions such as chloride and sodium, which results in very low-pressure operations. They use patented Low DF technology designed to minimize colloidal deposition. NANO-SW membranes use a 34 mm thick feed spacer that prevents colloidal deposition and increases membrane cleaning efficiency, thus reducing pressure drop. As a result, the NANO-SW membrane does not require frequent cleaning, thus reducing filtration costs while providing excellent durability and consistent performance. NANO-SW membranes have been globally acclaimed for their high sulfate rejection properties in seawater and oil injection programs. Significantly reduces operating costs and softens the desired hardness in softeners.
