Description
HYDRAcap® MAX is a technology for the use of hollow fibers PVDF TIPS with ultrafiltration (pore size 0.08 microns). Pressurized hollow fiber modules are suitable for a wide range of applications as final or reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration (NF) pre-treatment.
Application:
Industrial or municipal wastewater
seawater
Surface water and groundwater
HYDRAcap® MAX offers the combined benefits of high recovery and low footprint due to the optimal membrane surface. A high-strength PVDF membrane minimizes fiber breakdown and ensures superior filtration quality, allowing RO and NF systems to operate at higher fluxes while providing greater spacing between cleanings. To be preserved.
HYDRAcap® MAX systems do not require a backwash pump. Physical cleaning is done by air washing thanks to the unique design and patent of the air.
Along with providing these modules, Hydranautics provides access to a web emulator for designing HYDRAcap® MAX systems in a simple and effective way. Thousands of engineers now use simulators to design and understand the entire ultrafiltration unit. Contact Hydranautics for more information or to access the app.
HYDRAcube system: A pre-designed and standardized rack system in which all module connections are integrated into one header piece. This system allows HYDRAcap® MAX modules to operate in robust conditions and in an optimized environment.
