Adjust the feeding point
Depending on the type, quality, and condition of the olives to be processed, the number of times liquids (water-oil) or pulp remain inside the drum can be increased.
Liquid phase level adjustment
The volume of water and oil in the drum can be increased or decreased, and as a result, their shelf life increases depending on the type, quality, and condition of the olives.
Adjust screw cycles
The differential speed of the screw can be changed, as a result of how long the pulp stays next to the cone, and as a result the moisture and fat residue of the oil changes depending on the type, quality, and condition of the olives.
- All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
- All parts that are exposed to abrasion (such as screws, product inlet diffusers, and waste disposal plants) are covered with abrasion-resistant materials.
- Soft start with variable frequency drive (VFD).
- Electronic control of drum speed (rpm) and differential screw speed (models with Rotovariatore – optional).
- Solid abrasive pneumatic shavers with pneumatic control.
