Description
Alkar Molinova Serie Oro (Gold Series) permanent factory is currently the top product in the range of Pieralisi olive oil tools. Designed for batch processing, it is fully automated and can also run continuously.
Attributes:
- a) Factory integrity
More flexibility in the composition of softener tanks: Customers can add only one softener tank to the factory depending on their specific needs.
- b) Computer management during mulching (crushing or mixing of ground olives)
Since each softener tank is equipped with an independent motor, a tank can be switched on if necessary. At the end of the scheduled softening time, the blade circumference decreases automatically.
- c) Improving the thermal efficiency of individual mixing tanks
Thermal insulation of softener tanks and their independent heating (which is controlled directly by temperature probes in contact with the olive paste) while saving energy, also increases the quality and performance of the oil.
- d) Washing the Maleksin tank
An independent flushing system for each softener tank allows separate ponds and blades to be flushed whenever needed, thus improving oil quality.
- e) Separate washing
This factory is equipped with new generation separators that have been set up for automatic plate washing (MISTER CIP system), according to the needs of the operator.
