Description
Hydranautics provides PVDF hollow fiber immersed modules for MBR applications. Compared to conventional activated sludge treatment, MBR and especially HYDRAsub produce high-quality water suitable for RO treatment. This is done by removing the sediment tank.
Two of these modules have two types of technology available:
HYDRAsub technology uses microfiltration fiber with a pore size of 0.4 micrometers. The size of the proposed modules varies from 15 to 1500 square meters
HYDRAsub®MAX technology uses 0.05-micrometer ultrafiltration fiber. The size of the proposed modules varies from 40 to 2400 square meters
Key product features include:
High flux performance, a very simple process, and very strong material for long life.
Hydranautics has patented a unique diffuser system inside a stainless steel coating for optimal aeration. These two technologies are suitable for municipal and industrial wastewater applications (chemical, textile, food, beverage or palm oil, and many more).
