Basic factory
The base factory is ideal for a start and is designed to ensure optimal output and ease of use.
equipped with:
- Mechanical crusher with olive loading hopper
- A softener tank with a hot water circulation jacket with an electric heating element, thermostat, and a recirculation pump
- A mono pump to transfer the dough to the extractor
- A centrifugal extraction device set up for two-phase processing
- A general electrical control panel
Optional features:
The initial IL MOLINETTO configuration can be upgraded by adding the following
- “Florence vase” * or as an alternative to CUCCIOLO separator
- Oil collection tank with filter plate and oil transfer pump
- Mono pump to drain the pulp
- Stainless steel slip
- All accessories can be purchased separately later.
* “Florence vase” is a special continuous gravity separator that retains all the organoleptic properties of the oil. Taken from the Tuscan tradition of “Florence vase”, it is made of glass and enables the operator of the device to follow the process of natural separation of water and oil. *
