Compressor technical features:
1) Its main features are reflected in the number of main gears, compact arrangement, strong strength, and the connection of the main motor is equipped with auxiliary bearings, so that the motor is able to adopt a single support structure.
2) The crankshaft is an alloy steel forge with high tensile strength and reduces tension and is subjected to heat treatment. The crankshaft consists of even and odd numbers, with the main bearing between each screw and two main bearings at the end of the actuator leading to deflections, stresses, and, if necessary, balancing weights being tightened with screws on the crankshaft arm.
3) The DF-G unit adopts a high hydraulic traction structure, which differs from the internal design of the connection structure: the upper hydraulic traction unit is used only on different axes in the ground circuit. The main axis tile and connecting rod is the large head tile material made of magnesium-aluminum alloy and the small bronze head tile.
4) The cylinder has two options of oil-free lubrication and oil lubrication. Cylinder materials include cast iron, ball cast iron, steel, or forged steel. The cylinder block is basically designed as a cylinder structure. The airway arrangement is up and down and comes with a replaceable dry cylinder liner.
5) Pistons are made of cast iron, forging steel, aluminum alloy, and other materials, and piston rod alloy steel and stainless steel are made to meet different applications. Piston rod threads are made using a variety of structures from the piston ring of the self-lubricating organic material.
