Product Specifications

Technological features of this compressor:

1) The lower body is flat U-shaped, with the upper cover of the screw body, easy access to the main bearings, and crankshaft pin bearings. The center body and cross-section are integrated with the body, which has a strong grid-like distribution of gears supporting the main bearing, which ensures precise bearing alignment.

2) The crankshaft is a fixed rotating crankshaft with the main bearing between each pair of crankshafts. The crankshaft is made of forged steel without stress and heat treatment. Each spindle neck and crankshaft pin are well polished. There is an oil passage in the crankshaft between the main bearing and the adjacent crankshaft pin.

3) Cylinder materials include ball iron, cast steel, welded carbon steel or stainless steel, and forged steel.

4) Pistons are made of cast iron, forging steel, aluminum alloy, and other materials, and piston rod alloy steel and stainless steel are made to meet different applications. The total power of the piston rod is at least 517 MPa. Depending on the need, the piston rod switches off at high frequencies.

5) Body lubrication mechanism: Oil is pumped from the oil tank to the crankshaft gear oil pump. The oil pump drains an external filter through an external cooler and then returns to the main bearing collection pipe, which is a pipe that is poured into the bottom of the body. Oil is transferred from the main bearing basin pipe to each main bearing through boreholes in the chamber, through the crankshaft to the crankshaft pin bearing. The inlet hole in the connecting rod transfers the oil from the crankshaft pin to the cross-pin bush located at the connection tip, then to the cross-pin and then to the cross-head and from there up and down. The cross-head slip returns to the oil tank after lubrication of the parts and continues the cycle. Motor auxiliary pumps are used to lubricate the bearing surface and pressurize the lubrication system before starting. Auxiliary pumps are also used as a backup in case of failure of the main oil pump.
