Technical features of DF-A compressor:
1) The body is made of cast iron, using a cross slide and a crankshaft attached to a complete and closed body.
2) The crankshaft is made in a forge and is accompanied by a balanced iron of two fans to balance the unbalanced weight of the warping part and the inertial force of the first-time reciprocating part.
3) The large head connecting rod tile material is made of pasteurized alloy, the small head tile is made of bronze.
4) Cylinder materials include ball iron, cast steel, welded carbon steel or stainless steel, and forged steel.
5) Pistons are made of cast iron, forging steel, aluminum alloy, and other materials, and piston rod alloy steel and stainless steel are made to meet different applications.
6) Gas valves, including various shapes and materials, are able to meet a variety of user needs. High-temperature-resistant valve materials are reliable, impact, and corrosion-resistant. The DF-A valve power calculation program can be used to analyze the operating conditions of full or partial loads so that the valve is able to achieve greater reliability during use while reducing power consumption and gas losses.
7) Body lubrication mechanism moves the gear pump from the outer end of the crankshaft, filters the lubricant, cooled in the crankshaft, lubricates the large head tile of the connecting rod, and then it flows through the crankshaft. The small end shaft tile uses the center of the joint, and then the cross to lubricate the cross-head slide so that all friction surfaces are lubricated
