Description
For liquid chemical doses, Alltech designed the pump to measure the piston aperture from the FKM range in the late 1980s. This advantage combines membrane pumps and reciprocating pumps into one pump. Measuring pumps have the highest standards of safety and accuracy of operation. The modular system provides high flexibility. By using different materials for liquid ends and valves, Alltech metering pumps are used for almost all chemicals. In order to solve the measurement tasks, the dose function and pressure level can be selected. The amount of integrated pressure relief provides the highest level of safety. A wide range of accessories (percussion actuators, pulse dampers) completes the Alltech product line. The new iReg intelligent control also ensures oversight and pressure monitoring and controls many performance parameters.
The dosing diaphragm pump of the pre-selected dose output piston automatically monitors and monitors the system pressure. All function and status messages displayed are saved and presented as digital signals. The unique thing is that the iReg control system and settings use two analog inputs. Therefore, dose capacity control, for example for phosphate removal, is proportional to the amount of wastewater as well as depending on the phosphate transport. The dose pump display is used to set the value ß, which indicates the desired ratio. Also, a new feature is that the dosing pump is set for batch operation, in which the amount and duration will be selected separately.
other things:
Hermetic separation of the environment from chemicals using aperture dose
High suction capacity and highest dose accuracy using piston diaphragm system
No change in dose performance, also with reciprocal pressure change
All FKM series dose pumps are equipped with a standard TÜV pressure relief valve (integrated into the pump hydraulic system). The extra pressure valve is quite reliable because there is no direct contact with the dosing environment. All metering pumps in FKM comply with EU regulations.
